OPTIMIZED MQTT EDGE GATEWAY

Certified for Ignition SCADA management software, the IGN500 MQTT Edge Gateway combines the latest multi-threaded Whiskey Lake i5-8265U processor with a fanless design to create a reliable MQTT edge node. The IGN500 is perfect for industrial workstations optimized to run Inductive Automation’s Ignition EDGE software.

 

COMPACT FANLESS DESIGN

With a compact 142 x 62 x 107 millimeter footprint, the IGN500 embeds in nearly any factory or industrial installation with support for DIN, VESA, and wall mounting solutions. Sensitive internal components are protected thanks to our Hardshell™ Fanless technology, sealing the system from dust, debris, chemicals, and moisture ingress while keeping its Quad Core i5 processor operating reliably.
Failure-prone moving parts such as fans and spinning hard drives have been removed, dramatically improving the lifespan and operability of the system while saving you time and money with your SCADA hardware management.

I/O FOR IGNITION EDGE DEPLOYMENTS

The IGN500 is a compact and focused MQTT edge gateway with dual LAN, high-speed M.2 storage, and triple display output to support Ignition Edge deployments.
The system also features flexible DIO for customization or alert notification systems and can be configured with Wi-Fi/Bluetooth or 4G LTE wireless connectivity for network redundancy or failover protection when primary networks are unavailable.

 

CELLULAR CONNECTIVITY

This system is compatible with our Extrovert 4G LTE technology, an integrated modem pre-certified to operate on many of the world’s most popular cellular carrier networks. Extrovert 4G LTE hardware is ideal for today's mobile, edge computing and Industrial Internet of Things applications. To take advantage of this feature, simply configure your system with Extrovert 4G LTE connectivity and then contact your carrier to activate.

If items ordered are in stock and customer payment is confirmed, orders consisting solely of components (no built systems) that are placed before 5 p.m. eastern standard time usually ship the same business day if using UPS as the shipping method.
