Features & Capabilities
Customize your HMI Panel
An HMI Panel solution by OnLogic is customizable and combines advanced computing power with a range of hardened displays. Modular solutions enable easy customization and simplified upgrading while reducing maintenance costs. For a modular and economical solution, we offer IP65 panels with ingress protection together with a rugged plug and play attachable industrial PC. You choose the screen size and PC with the power and performance you need. You can also choose the screen type. We offer resistive touchscreens for glove wearing users, capacitive touchscreens for use without gloves, and even high-brightness, sunlight readable options.
Industrial touchscreen solutions from OnLogic provide the ruggedization you need for edge devices near the action. Designed to take the vibration and shock that might come with an in-vehicle installation, a user-friendly panel can be used for industrial automation, SCADA applications or to provide work instructions for smart warehousing. For example, SAT Technologies created a smart warehousing solution that can be mounted on a forklift. It provides detailed instructions for safe and efficient pallet stacking.
Like any industrial PC, integrated panel PC solutions require a variety of I/O designed for applications that monitor and control both modern and legacy industrial devices. OnLogic HMI panels offer a variety of I/O including USB, COM, CAN bus, 8-bit DIO, VGA, and DisplayPort options. We can also help connect your solutions to the internet, the cloud or local area networks with configurable LAN, Wi-Fi, and 4G options.
Need a customer facing solution? Our industrial HMIs are not only long lasting and reliable, they are also attractive. They're a perfect option for self-serve point of sale kiosks, or to display passenger information in taxis, busses or trains.
Integrate Seamlessly
Our configurable rugged computers and IP65 rated displays allow you to integrate your solution wherever you need an intuitive user interface. You can have confidence that your touch user interface will operate properly, even in challenging environments. Overcome challenges of wide temperature ranges, exposure to liquids, shock and vibration by using the appropriate panel. Fanless thermal management provides cooling without a traditional fan, reducing failure points and preventing the ingress of dirt and debris.
In addition, wide DC power input ranges of 9 to 48V allow you to integrate HMI Panels into your existing power infrastructure. Available ignition sensing can interface with automotive ignition systems. That enables a mobile HMI Panel well suited for use in-vehicles, such as trucks and forklifts.
