OnLogic Helps Me Define My Destiny
A Passionate Group of Professionals
Who We Are
My day-to-day work consists of collaborating with different teams to create computers that can withstand the harshest conditions our customers can throw at them.
When I finished university, I wanted to find a place where I could work on innovative projects as well as lay the foundation for the rest of my career. Since joining OnLogic, I have had the opportunity to lead the mechanical development on award winning computers, work with my boss on my career path and pick up additional responsibilities based on my goals.
An example of these additional responsibilities is the role of Innovation Team representative for the entire Engineering department. The Innovation Team is a company wide, cross departmental task force dedicated to improving processes and day to day life at OnLogic. Being on the Innovation Team has been an incredibly rewarding experience and has taught me how to build valuable relationships throughout the company. Having opportunities like this available for those who seek them out is part of what makes me excited to work for Onlogic.
Erick Kopff, Mechanical Design Engineer at OnLogic
Who We Are
At OnLogic I'm constantly empowered and enabled to learn new things, take on exciting challenges and expand my skill set as a salesperson and professional.
Previously, I had worked for a number of small local businesses but realized that I was limited in challenging myself and growing my skills as a young professional. I found myself wanting more; more responsibilities, knowledge, and continuous growth in my day to day. I made the jump to work in the world of technology and joined OnLogic as a member of the technical sales team.
At OnLogic I'm constantly empowered and enabled to learn new things, take on exciting challenges and expand my skill set as a salesperson and professional. I also get to work alongside amazing colleagues that share my passion for growth and an eagerness to learn. OnLogic gives me the opportunities I was looking for and the freedom to seek out new challenges for myself.

A Great Company with Great People
The Opportunity to be My Best Self
Who We Are
I feel extremely lucky and blessed to have joined OnLogic, being a part of an awesome team and culture that everyone breathes and lives daily. It's truly a breath of fresh air.
As a new leader at OnLogic, I've been empowered to grow the Regulatory Team and expand our geographic footprint in markets we have yet to explore. This entails developing and executing a regulatory strategy, building a strong team, and establishing business partnerships with external regulatory agencies. Our culture and core values of being "independent" and "innovative" provide the platform to think outside the box, look at how we can do things more efficiently, and drive change to better the company. I enjoy the spirit of respectfully challenging each other and holding each other accountable, which reinforce our two other core values of being "open" and "fair". This creates a very strong organization and culture.
In addition to joining an amazing team and company, I have the privilege of working in OnLogic's newest location in Cary, NC. This location benefits the regulatory strategy since it's in close proximity to one of the largest regulatory agencies in the US. I'm also a North Carolina State University (NCSU) alum, so I look forward to growing the relationship between OnLogic and NCSU's Engineering program. This will assist with recruitment efforts and building the engineering organization.
There are a lot of good companies out there. I'm extremely proud to be a part of a "GREAT" company!
Sam Syal, Director of Regulatory Engineering
Who We Are
Throughout my career I've been attracted to different roles and organizations but always found limited success. Prior to joining OnLogic I worked with a career coach to reevaluate my job search criteria. Rather than focusing on a specific role or industry I instead focused on finding an organization that provided me with what I need to be successful.
For me that means a company that was local but expanding, growing but not too big, and one that fostered a culture of transparency and personal development. It was also important to me that the company was staffed by a team that were dedicated and wanted to work on important projects.
OnLogic checked every one of these boxes for me and I have found that I'm able to do my best work, provide value, but still constantly learn. I feel that my potential for growth is bigger at OnLogic than anywhere I've worked before.
Mark Renz, IT Project Manager at OnLogic
A Company That Lives and Breathes its Core Values
My Hard Work is Recognized and Appreciated
Who We Are
OnLogic is a unique company that truly strives to live and breathe its core values.
OnLogic is by far the most amazing company that I have ever worked for and has provided me with so many amazing opportunities to grow in my career. When I started at OnLogic, I was given the opportunity to build up the European marketing team for our location in Rijswijk, from scratch. Not long after, I was part of the team coordinating two office moves, one of which relocated our entire production facility to Oosterhout NB. Around the same time I was given the responsibility for our global digital marketing team, and led a very successful domain transition as part of our rebrand from Logic Supply, a company name we'd held for 16 years, to OnLogic.
We have grown at an incredible rate, both globally and specifically here in Europe, all thanks to the amazing team of people I have the pleasure of working with every day. OnLogic is a unique company that truly strives to live and breathe its core values. With its steady underflow of behavioral expectations and gut-check mechanisms, it truly is the best company to work for - and with.
Tim van der Horst, European Director at OnLogic
Who We Are
My achievements and hardwork are appreciated and rewarded by the team and managers.
OnLogic truly practices its core values. I always feel that my voice and opinion hold weight, and is always heard clearly by leadership. I'm given access to all the information I need, and the pertinent details about our products and services that are required for me to do my job well. My achievements and hardwork are appreciated and rewarded by the team and managers. OnLogic has also impressed me with our fast reaction to market trends and constant product development, as well as the flexibility and agility required to exceed customer needs and expectations.
Here at OnLogic, I can focus on account management without being distracted by less impactful tasks, which allows me to best utilize my skills to make sure our clients are getting the best possible support. I can focus on developing my markets, building relationships with the customer and providing the most suitable solution for them. In addition, OnLogic offers different training and fun contests to continually improve our skills here on the Sales team, which not only benefits the customers, but also helps each of us strive to reach the next level in our careers.
Linlin Zhou, Account Manager at OnLogic
A Place Where My Voice Makes a Difference
A Culture that Encourages Individuality
Who We Are
My input is not only encouraged, but highly valued and it's wonderful to feel that my voice truly makes a difference.
What has always stood out for me in my time at OnLogic is how the people here put our Core Values into practice. At Onlogic, I get to raise questions, share thoughts, and interact with everyone freely and openly. My input is not only encouraged, but highly valued and it's wonderful to feel that my voice truly makes a difference.
Having a lot of contact with our outside suppliers, the way we always treat them with fairness and communicate with an open attitude results in a relationship that is positive and makes suppliers want to work with us more.
By being able to work independently, I help bring more clarity to projects for suppliers and am given the freedom to take responsibility and make decisions in order to move projects and relationships forward, ensuring our clients can get the products they need quickly. OnLogic is a company with a unique culture, one where everyone is always helping each other to make it possible.
Wendy Tang, Project Manager at OnLogic
Who We Are
OnLogic has a unique culture that encourages individuality and leaves us free to be "who we are" as well as to be part of the growing OnLogic team. We think for ourselves, but also contribute to the group by both speaking up and carefully listening. Creative concepts and diverse backgrounds and experiences are very much welcomed here.
Working in a procurement team is like a bridge between our company and the vendors we work with. In my role I get to speak for our company, and I strive to treat our vendors the way I myself would like to be treated. If OnLogic is a train, my goal is to consistently supply qualified fuel and keep the train moving towards our destination of being the first choice in industrial computing. And by working together, we'll get there!

A Team That's Committed To Success
My Voice Matters
Who We Are
This is a wonderful company that moves fast in decision making, with each employee taking full ownership of responsibilities and really getting things done while embracing the core values.
My experience of working at OnLogic has been very positive and enriching, whereby the working culture and working environment is very similar to that of a smaller, family owned company, but with the resources and talent of a much larger organization. This is a wonderful company that moves fast in decision making, with each employee taking full ownership of responsibilities and really getting things done while embracing the core values of Open, Innovative, Independent, and Fair.
After one year with OnLogic, the CEO and senior management explored the opportunity to invest and start a new site in Penang, Malaysia for the regional hardware design center. I am truly honored to have been vested with the responsibility to orchestrate the efforts in setting up the Penang office and recruiting new team members to support the office.
Here in Penang, we have a wonderful, close-knit engineering team who continue to demonstrate focused execution during day-to-day operations along with the wider global team. The commitment exemplified by global team members across different sites and time zones during product definition, development and technical issues solving, never fails to remind me of the potential and capability that this team harbors to scale greater heights.
LT Lee, Director Malaysia

The collaborative nature of the OnLogic Engineering team gives me the freedom, and encouragement, to voice my opinion and discuss aspects of the design process from the early stages of a design all the way through deployment.
From designing and developing electronic circuits, to testing developments and finished products to ensure functionality and that we're meeting all intended design elements, there's always something new and fun to work on. Product Management
Product management is the process of strategically directing every stage of the product lifecycle—from research and development to pricing and positioning—to build technically feasible products that fulfill both customer needs and business objectives.
A famous quote from PM guru Martin Eriksson says product management is what happens “at the intersection between business, technology, and user experience.”
In short: product managers analyze business, technology, and customer needs, then define product solutions and guide a product team to deliver them.
Product management is a cross-functional role: effective product management involves cross-functional communication with organizational stakeholders, including C-level executives, engineering, marketing, sales, customer support, and supply chain.

The best way to learn about working here is from our team, so be sure to read the testimonials in the Who We Are section above. But here are a few more words, gathered from a few of the regular "culture conversations" that our leaders have with team members:
"I like that everyone on my team is focused on the same goals, we work great together as a team and we all get along and like each other personally. It's a really great environment."
"I'm encouraged to speak openly and question what we're doing and how we're doing it, and I get questioned about why I'm doing something a certain way. As an engineer, it's a great environment and a great way to learn from others."
"Everything you read in the Life at OnLogic document you will really experience, once you start working here. The core values are so much more than just words on the wall."
We seek to make the experience of interviewing at OnLogic as informative, efficient and (dare we say) fun as possible. Our hiring teams are carefully chosen to assess your skills and provide a good overview of what life at OnLogic is like. This ensures that you and our team can be assured of a great match!
A typical interview process begins with a phone interview with a member of our HR team. If we (you and us) determine that it is a good fit, a detailed overview of the hiring process will be provided. This can include a technical assessment, a role play, a presentation, and/or interviews with one or more of the following people: a member of the Executive Team, CEO, and/or one of our Founders. Candidates interviewing for leadership roles will be asked to participate in a Manager's Assessment, as well. Throughout this process, you will have a primary contact from the HR Team to help guide you and answer any questions along the way.
We're nothing without our team, so employee health and safety is a top priority. We are committed to maintaining a safe and clean environment for all employees.
Yes! Your continued success is ours as well, so professional development will be a key focus through every step of your career at OnLogic. You will work with your manager regularly to develop the skills you need to grow in your role or add new skills.
You will receive open and clear feedback on your performance all along the way.
OnLogic encourages employees to look for and seize opportunities to always add more value. We also regularly bring in outside speakers and experts to share best practices, tips and career guidance to further develop your skill set.
Fast paced, open, and collaborative.
We don't have a formal dress code policy, we want our team to be comfortable. Much of our team wears business casual attire, while others are most comfortable in jeans and t-shirts. Your attire should fit your role and be appropriate for a work environment.
Part of being "open" is making sure our team understands where they're thriving and where they could improve. Every team member has regular 1-on-1 meetings with their manager, leveraging our Learning Management System, to ask each other questions, understand goals, review their personal accountability document, and check in on both current projects as well as career development. These meetings are as much for team members to raise concerns as they are for managers to coach employees. Every new team member also has a 6 month review, with annual reviews every year thereafter, to more fully discuss performance, explore professional development opportunities and review their accountability doc.
