OnLogic has offices in Europe and the United States. To place an order outside of Europe, please visit our American store.
We offer various payment methods including Bank Transfer, SOFORT Banking, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal and Credit Card. Payment by bank transfer is available by contacting one of our sales associates.
Shipments within Europe
Our European shipments are fulfilled from our Dutch office. We currently ship online orders to the following countries:
- Czech Republic
- The Netherlands
- San Marino
- United Kingdom
Shipments outside of the E.U.
Our U.S. office processes and ships global orders. Unfortunately that office currently does not ship online orders to countries in the E.U. or the countries listed below:
- Bosnia & Herzegovina
- Central African Republic
- Equatorial Guinea
- Myanmar (Burma)
- Papua New Guinea
- Republic of Yemen
- Sierra Leone
- South Sudan
Shipments to Sanctioned Entities
OnLogic does not ship products to certain regions, entities or individuals that are subject to U.S. or E.U. embargoes and/or sanctions, including but not limited to, those in the following countries:
- North Korea
- Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR) and Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR) regions of Ukraine
All orders below $1,000 (excluding U.S., Canadian, and European Union orders) paid for by bank transfer are subject to a $50 international wire processing fee. DHL and TNT are currently the only shipping methods available for international orders (excluding Canada).
As the importer of record, the recipient is responsible for any additional levies, duties, taxes and other customs fees required for clearance. These fees are not additional shipping charges. They vary from country to country and change often, so we are unable to control or predict them. Please contact your local post/customs office for more information.
OnLogic will not issue credit for any orders that are refused or abandoned due to issues with customs fees. OnLogic will not mark merchandise as below its stated value or mark items as "gift." Doing so is against U.S. and International government regulations.
