Ordering & Shipping

At OnLogic we know how important lead times are. Orders are manufactured, tested and shipped directly from the Netherlands. Please find more information about our ordering process and shipping services below.


OnLogic offers consumer and corporate customers, as well as government and educational institutions, easy purchasing through our online store. Online we accept: Bank Transfer, SOFORT Banking, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and PayPal. If you select Bank Transfer, you will receive instructions with IBAN and BIC codes by email.


Corporate, Government & Education Accounts

In addition to our online storefront, we offer business customers Corporate Account services, which include technical consultations, quotes, and volume pricing. For qualified customers, we accept Purchase Orders and offer Net Terms. Customs and VAT

Shipping within the EU is free of customs charges. Shipments to destinations outside the EU may be subject to customs charges. Clients that have a VAT number and reside within the EU, but outside the Netherlands, are responsible for paying VAT in their own country. OnLogic will therefore not charge these clients VAT if they are able to provide a valid VAT number during ordering. To ensure correct payment processing, we require your VAT number once you create a OnLogic account. We will verify your VAT number each time you place an order. If you provide us with a VAT number that is not valid we are obliged to charge VAT which cannot be refunded.



OnLogic ships to all countries within the EU and to Norway, Iceland and Switzerland. Shipment outside of these countries is possible if special conditions are met; please contact us for these conditions at tel. +31 85 2733760. We use UPS. After the shipping company takes possession of your order, delivery to your address should be completed within 1 - 5 business days, depending on the shipping service you choose. You will receive a Track and Trace number, allowing you to follow your shipment once the shipping company has taken possession.


OnLogic offers low cost shipping on orders of small products and accessories. The shipment will be without Track and Trace number and sent via regular mail. Within the EU we charge € 4,95 (excl. VAT) for shipping these products. Within The Netherlands we charge € 2,95 (excl. VAT). For these shipments the shipping conditions of local mail operators apply and therefore we cannot guarantee delivery time. You can calculate an estimate of your shipping costs with UPS when you add products to your shopping cart.


If items ordered are in stock and customer payment is confirmed, orders for products consisting solely of components (no built systems) usually ship within one business day. Please note: this is not guaranteed. Orders for products consisting of multiple components that have been assembled into a system by or for OnLogic usually require 3-5 full business days for building and testing. Volume Orders may take longer. Rush orders for systems must be placed by 13:00 (GMT+1) in order to ship by the end of business the next day.


OnLogic does not process or ship orders on weekends or national holidays. OnLogic reserves the right to use an alternative shipping method due to weight restrictions. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Free Shipping

OnLogic offers Free Shipping with UPS within The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium on all online orders of €200 and above. If your purchase qualifies for Free Shipping, you will see this option available at the time of checkout.
