Specifically designed for IoT applications, Intel's latest Atom processors complement OnLogic's latest passively cooled, rugged chassis design perfectly. Certified for use with Ignition software from Inductive Automation, the IGN210 is powered by your choice of either a Dual-Core Intel Atom x6211E processor or a Quad-Core x6425E processor and offers a unique combination of features, power, and connectivity. The integrated Intel Programmable Services Engine (Intel PSE) enables out-of-band remote management functionality and enhanced real-time computing capabilities, making the IGN210 an ideal IoT gateway or edge device.
The IGN210 measures just over 2” tall and has support for Wall, DIN Rail, and VESA mounting which makes installation in any area quick and easy. With OnLogic Hardshell™ Fanless Technology, sensitive internal components are protected from dust, debris, and contaminant ingress. The IGN210 features a rugged design, -40° to 70°C operating temperature range, 9~48 V power input, and the absence of any moving parts that all help to dramatically increase the system’s lifespan and reliability. Plus, with its environmental protections and tiny footprint, the IGN210 is perfect for even inhospitable Industrial IoT or Industry 4.0 environments.
Designed from the ground up, the IGN210 is ideal for any IIoT project. Standard I/O includes 2 USB 3.2 & 2 USB 2.0 ports, dual LAN (with optional PoE), CAN bus (via 3-pin terminal block), and a DisplayPort. With onboard automotive ignition control, you can program the on/off state of the system based on the power state of a vehicle. The IGN210’s integrated SIM slot and optional WiFi and 4G LTE allow you to wirelessly access your data from anywhere. Additionally, you can leverage OnLogic's unique ModBay expansion capabilities to add dual COM or GPIO.
CELLULAR CONNECTIVITY This system can be configured with an integrated cellular modem, pre-certified to operate on many of the world’s most popular cellular carrier networks. Our 4G capable hardware is ideal for today's mobile, edge computing and Industrial Internet of Things applications. The wireless connectivity has been tested to operate reliably in challenging Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) environments. Many of our systems also include co-location options allowing you to implement Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, in addition to cellular connectivity, at the same time. To take advantage of cellular connectivity, simply configure your system with one of our available cellular modems and then contact your carrier to activate.
