Ideal as an industrial controller, edge gateway, or IoT device, the IGN800 is a small industrial ARM computer certified for Inductive Automation’s Ignition Edge software and powered by the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 (CM4). Compared to the standard Raspberry Pi 4, the CM4 uses industrial, fully standardized components with better thermal management and longer lifecycles, bringing flexibility, ease of prototyping, and palm-sized performance of Raspberry Pi to the industrial edge. The IGN800 features a Quad-Core Cortex-A72 (ARM v8) 64-bit SoC, and you can configure the system with up to 8 GB of RAM, 32 GB of onboard eMMC storage, and an M.2 SATA drive up to 2 TB.
DESIGNED FOR CHALLENGING INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS
While the Raspberry Pi has long been a popular choice for prototyping industrial projects, it's traditionally been necessary to transition to a platform designed specifically for industrial use once those solutions move to mass production. However, with an industrial-grade Raspberry Pi solution built for industrial applications, the IGN800 gets rid of this need altogether.
The IGN800 also makes installation easy with power over ethernet (PoE) power delivery, providing power and networking over a single cable. Additionally, fanless, solid state construction, an operating temperature range of -20° to 60°C, wide input power range, and industrial components with long lifecycles make the IGN800 perfect for your industrial project.


RELIABLE CONNECTIVITY
Our custom carrier board inside the IGN800 features dual 1 GbE LAN ports, a RS-232/422/485 terminal block connector, a USB 3.2 port, 2x USB 2.0 ports, 1 HDMI, and 1 USB-C management port, used to configure the CM4 module. With DIN rail and wall mounting options, you can install IGN800 wherever you need it.
CELLULAR CONNECTIVITY
This system can be configured with an integrated cellular modem, pre-certified to operate on many of the world’s most popular cellular carrier networks. Our 4G capable hardware is ideal for today's mobile, edge computing and Industrial Internet of Things applications. The wireless connectivity has been tested to operate reliably in challenging Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) environments. Many of our systems also include co-location options allowing you to implement Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, in addition to cellular connectivity, at the same time. To take advantage of cellular connectivity, simply configure your system with one of our available cellular modems and then contact your carrier to activate.
