Overview
A POWERFUL IGNITION PANEL PC
The IGN320 is a powerful and flexible panel PC with Ignition software built for HMI installations, automation applications or in-vehicle operations. The system features Intel 8th Generation Whiskey Lake Core i3 or i5 processors, supporting up to 64GB of DDR4 SO-DIMM memory for data processing and multitasking in the toughest environments. The IGN320 is configurable with 4G wireless for remote network access and failover protection and can be paired with a range of touch panel displays to suit your unique Ignition Edge or HMI application.
BUILT TO SURVIVE WHEREVER YOU NEED IT
The IGN320 withstands the type of challenging environments that manufacturing and automation applications are known for. Fanless and ventless construction leaves no ingress points for airborne contaminants, while cableless and jumperless components prevent connections from loosening or shaking free in vibration-prone installations on production lines or even in vehicles. The IGN320 is rated for reliable operation in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 70°C (depending on the display size selected). The system has a wide 9~48V power input range and optional automotive ignition sensing. Additional features like over-voltage, over current, surge protection, and industry-leading electrostatic discharge (ESD) shielding creates a reliable HMI system built to survive where other hardware would quickly fail.
CONNECT TO YOUR CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE
The IGN320 provides a wide array of I/O to make connecting your infrastructure simple. Sixteen isolated DIO, four COM, five USB (including three USB 3.2 Gen 2) are spread across the sides of the system to make installation and connections easy in any application. The system supports triple independent displays via the modular touchscreen, VGA and DisplayPort, with the latter providing up to 4K resolution. You can configure the IGN320 with a range of resistive and capacitive touchscreen displays from 12.1” to 24”.
CELLULAR CONNECTIVITY
This system can be configured with an integrated cellular modem, pre-certified to operate on many of the world’s most popular cellular carrier networks. Our 4G capable hardware is ideal for today's mobile, edge computing and Industrial Internet of Things applications. The wireless connectivity has been tested to operate reliably in challenging Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) environments. Many of our systems also include co-location options allowing you to implement Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, in addition to cellular connectivity, at the same time. To take advantage of cellular connectivity, simply configure your system with one of our available cellular modems and then contact your carrier to activate.
