RUGGED HMI WITH INGITION SOFTWARE
Our IGN300 Rugged HMI with Ignition Software is certified for Ignition management software from Inductive Automation and serves as an integrated Ignition Edge interface for connected industrial manufacturing. Inductive Automation’s Ignition software is a web-based SCADA platform that collects vital operational information to display in a dashboard on any browser-enabled device.
The fanless and ventless construction of the IGN300 Rugged HMI with Ignition software eliminates ingress points for contaminants while cableless and jumperless components prevent connections from loosening or shaking free in vibration-prone environments. The system is rated for reliable operation in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 70° and features a wide 9~48V power input range, over-voltage, over current, surge protection, and industry-leading electrostatic discharge (ESD) shielding for an impressively reliable industrial automation system.
FLEXIBLE I/O FOR HMI
Connectivity is a standout feature of the IGN300. Native I/O includes VGA and DVI for dual display support, 5 USB (4 USB 3.0, 1 USB 2.0), 6 RS-232/422/485 COM ports and versatile DIO. Two built-in LAN ports allow for network redundancy or multi-networking capability, while functional options can be expanded on via two full-size Mini PCIe expansion slots for integrating more I/O or specialized expansion cards.
This system is compatible with our Extrovert 4G LTE technology, an integrated modem pre-certified to operate on many of the world’s most popular cellular carrier networks. Extrovert 4G LTE hardware is ideal for today's mobile, edge computing and Industrial Internet of Things applications. To take advantage of this feature, simply configure your system with Extrovert 4G LTE connectivity and then contact your carrier to activate.
