INDUSTRIAL EDGE COMPUTER WITH IGNITION SOFTWARE
The IGN100 Industrial Edge Computer with Ignition Software serves as a reliable edge I/O server, Ignition Edge MQTT node, or industrial workstation. The IGN100 is certified for Inductive Automation’s Ignition software, a web-based SCADA platform that collects vital operational information to display in a dashboard on any browser-enabled device. The IGN100 also features Intel Platform Trust Technology (PTT), key management for Windows 10, and hard drive encryption via BitLocker.COMPACT AND RELIABLE
With a low 1.5" profile, the IGN100 can be installed in almost any industrial application with support for DIN, VESA, and wall mounting solutions. The sensitive internal components are protected from dust, debris, chemicals, and moisture with OnLogic's integrated Hardshell™ Fanless Technology. A wide 9~24V power input and removal of moving parts dramatically improve the lifespan of the system.
MODERN FLEXIBILITY
I/O for the IGN100 was designed specifically for the needs of industrial edge computing. The system connects seamlessly to modern and legacy peripherals with seven USB ports (including two USB 3.0 and one USB type C) and optional two COM ports. Two LAN ports allow you to connect to the machine network to collect data and to outside networks for dashboard viewing and control, while two full-height mini-PCIe slots (one full/half-height one multiplexer mSATA) and one mSATA give the system 4G LTE, WiFi/Bluetooth, and high-speed storage capabilities. The IGN100 can also be configured to house two storage drives simultaneously, making it one of our smallest multi-drive systems available. The IGN100's modularity also makes it a perfect choice for branding, labeling, and other customization options.
