OnLogic Launches Four Display, AMD Powered ThinManager Ready Thin Client
The TM800 expands OnLogic’s line of ThinManager Ready thin clients, utilizing AMD Radeon Vega 8 Graphics to drive four independent displays.
SOUTH BURLINGTON, VT (JUNE 08, 2021) - OnLogic (www.onlogic.com), global manufacturer of industrial and rugged hardware solutions, is announcing the release of the TM800; the latest member in their expanding line of thin clients that ship with ThinManager® software pre-loaded. The OnLogic TM800 is a cost-effective and powerful industrial AMD Ryzen™ powered Mini-ITX thin client. Capable of driving four independent displays, the OnLogic TM800 offers the screen real estate to manage the increasing visualization demands of the modern factory.
“OnLogic is excited to expand our line of ThinManager® Ready solutions with the TM800, offering more native displays to take advantage of the increasing trend towards visualization of devices and data in Industry 4.0 driven factories,” said Carolyn Swan, Head of Strategic Partnerships at OnLogic. “With the power of four displays, the operator can count on a single thin client to run their operator screen and dashboards, meaning more insight and control in a single interface. The TM800 also features extensive I/O and onboard expansion options which allow for the connection of both legacy devices on the factory floor, as well as emerging technologies. It is an exciting time to be a part of the Industry 4.0 landscape and OnLogic continues to seek opportunities to marry software and hardware to create convenient and secure unified solutions.”
OnLogic Industrial Hardware and ThinManager® Software
The OnLogic TM800 has undergone extensive testing by ThinManager®, enabling ease of integration into a reliable centrally managed network of user terminals. Each thin client can be updated, monitored and maintained from the server, reducing individual maintenance and allowing remote updates of each user terminal to maximize security, increase operational efficiencies and lower IT and OT costs.
OnLogic TM800 ThinManager® Ready Thin Client Features and Specifications
With ThinManager® optimized BIOS and Thin Client Management Software on-board, the TM800 is designed to easily fit into an existing ThinManager® environment or launch a new project. Built with an all-metal chassis, double right-angle folds reduce EMI and improve EMC performance while cross-case ventilation keeps fan noise low and the system operating 24/7. Optional wall, DIN, and VESA mounting allow secure installation on virtually any vertical or horizontal surface.
