We start with a needs analysis where we ask questions to determine the specific requirements for each job. We’ll want to know what type of environment you’re working in, what your performance needs are, what type of OS you plan to run and what your lifecycle and business needs are, among other things.
From there we can determine what kind of engineering services your project might require. For customized solutions we tap into our engineering team and our extensive line of off-the-shelf products to customize a cost-effective solution to fit specific application needs. These services include case and component design and modification as well as total system design.
Other services we offer in the engineering phase include:
- OS Development – BIOS customization with optimized settings and start up screens, and both Linux and Windows Embedded OS application development.
- Custom Branding – standard labeling with screen printed logos and graphic overlays on faceplates and cases, and custom labeling including physical branding options (case, frontpanel and backpanel modifications); digital branding options (BIOS splashscreens); and visual branding options (logos, backpanel labeling, case & faceplate colors, boxes and more).
- Testing – environmental testing, both standard and customer specific, regulatory testing, such as FCC and CE emissions and safety testing.
We know that time is of the essence. So, once the system design is in place, we work swiftly to get a prototype in our customers hands for testing. Once approved, we move the product to production.
Once in production, our team of highly trained technicians, build and test our systems using our proprietary validation software, Marathon™. We perform extensive testing to ensure each system is working to its full potential before it leaves the building. As an add-on service we can also include software imaging to any system.
From production to delivery, we make logistics easy for our clients. As the project progresses, our account management team works with our clients and our supply chain to make sure projects meet delivery times and future demands. With offices in Asia, Europe and the US we have access to a global supply chain allowing us to work as a fulfillment partner.
